About Us

The Avenue Road Music And Performance Academy is a community of music lovers. As a registered charity we focus on creating access for people of all ages and backgrounds to the joys of learning and playing music. The school operates out of a beautiful heritage building in the heart of Toronto. We offer virtual lessons to Canadians who live in remote parts of the country. Scholarships are available for students in need. Our outstanding faculty customizes lessons to individual goals and desires. 

We host performance events and master classes! The performance hall is graced with Gordon Lightfoot’s legendary grand piano that he generously donated to support our mission.
